And so I say 'until next time....or, well, January' to my loved ones.
Just got back from a Bon Voyage dinner with the family.
Can I just tell you how hard it is to say goodbye to the sweetest little nephews and nieces when they don't understand what's going on?
None of my family has ever left before. Seriously. Two of my brothers live across the street, and one lives ten minutes away. We don't know how to handle this.
Let's just say there were LOTS of tears...tomorrow morning is going to be difficult when I pull out of that driveway.
